My programmes and recordings have recently been freezing a lot in the last few weeks. I have updated everything and reset everything and nothing seems to have worked. I can only watch programmes directly on my smart tv or Netflix. Is my sky q multiroom box faulty? I can't think of what else i can do to resolve the issues.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Brimmond If you've gone through all the usual steps such as power down the box for about a minute, reboot, reset etc then it could be a faulty box. I would give Sky a call, ideal time is after 9pm as line should be less busy about now.
