Program details have disappeared from channel 103

Looking for advice after connection issues and main Sky box reset the channel listing details for 103 have disappeared and showing blank on my TV guide on main box and Sky Q mini boxes? So unable to record anything on this channel. All other listings are fine. Appreciate any advice or help in advance.

@Brenjy  If you've only recently reset the box it can take some thime to refresh.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
