Problem with viewing card

Each day it's saying insert viewing card, card is already in.

@Matilda+2016 you could try taking the card out completely giving it a wipe with a dry cloth then reinserting the card

To take the card out push the card in until it clicks and springs towards you to put the card in push it in until you hear it click

@Matilda+2016Does it click into place when you push it in, quite hard, if it does then clean the contacts on the card with a dry cloth. I am not being rude but are you putting it the right way up how the card is labelled does not look right it goes contact side up.
