Prime App fails with something is wrong. Internet works with Iplayer App. Have refreshed Apps .

Spoke to Prime Support and they say app is registered with SkyQ ok. He suggests I need an updated Sky Q box.

@Peter2021 @Personally I would always use the apps directly from your Smart TV rather than on SkyQ as they work a lot better.

My TV is too old to run Apps
