I've been using sky stores buy and keep for a while now, i preordered cars 3 when it came out and everything is fine except that in my purchases list is both the movie and the preorder. Is there a way to delete the preorder from my purchase Archie?

I would get in contact with the Sky Store support team to see if they can temove this for you, there are a few ways to do it as you can see here:
