Having recently changed from O2 to sky mobile. Both my and my wife's new phones have a terrible phone service now compared to O2 and Sky are apparently using the same O2 set up. How can this be. Feel like I've been trapped into a new inferior phone contract. Any help suggestions.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Treacle+1 you do have a 30 day cooling off period to try the sky network so if you aren't happy you can leave without penalty.
