Play List Navigation Question

Does the playlist have any way of notifying you of new additions to the shows you have in the list or make new entries easier to find?

I ask as with Sky Q we have a lot of series links and sometimes we forget about some of them until the newly recorded shows pops up in our list of recordings.

It could become a pain looking through lots of shows in the playlist just to see if anything new has been added recently.

Re: Play List Navigation Question

I hope this is something on skys 'improvement' list, as I can see playlist ending up with 100s of entries and no easy way to access recently available to watch.

Sky glass menu is auwful, it comes across as very rushed. The play list is terrible compare to the HD Box and it's planner

@Nick+w359 coming from Sky +HD to Glass is going to require quite a big adjustment. The old interface was designed around recording material off the linear TV channels as that was the only material you could watch unless you bought or rented DVDs. Sky Glass however has access to an almost unlimited library of content you can watch whenever you want. Linear channels are relatively minor part of that.

Glass recommends content the system thinks you might like to watch based on what you  watched before - it takes time to get this right Q took several weeks to get it half right and no Sky I dont to watch Chucky 😡. You can of course use search the voice search is pretty powerful once you get the hang of it. Stop thinking "Whats on" start thinking "what do I want to watch?" and the interface starts to make sense.

If however you always go the TV guide and playlist first you will find Glass frustrating as although you can plan your viewing using thst it is pretty clunky. We rarely add things to the playlist but if we want to watch "Who do you think you are" it is streamed from iPlayer

Re: Play List Navigation Question

I'm sure I will get used to it but it's frustrating. I asked to for match if the day and only old ones came up not the one from that night.  Also I I have things in my play list but it's not obvious when a new episode is available . Old system was much simpler
