When using the Apps through sky such as Disney+ and Prime the screen flicks to a black screen and the back again. It is not all the time and only on some of the content, films seem to be the worst. It's mostly frustrating but sometimes makes watching something impossible. The issue does not happen if you access the Apps through the TV, but this is not an option for Disney+ or Discovery+.

Has anyone else experienced this and is there a way to fix it?

update - Spoke to the customer, did an apps refresh and this resolved the issue 🙂
