Phone phone not working correctly issue

Hi james scott here I was wanting help with my phone when I go outside I can't use the internet or anything it all goes off and I can't get into it can you help please thanks james

Just to point out you are not emailing Sky posting here.

When you are at home I presume your phone is connected to your Wifi so to access the internet when outside you need to turn on mobile data via the phone's settings. You should only do this is your phone plan includes a monthly data package otherwise it could cost you a bit if you use it a lot.
