I've seen people suggest that may happen but not sure to be honest - having a 'Sky on Peacock' for D2C products and a 'Peacock on Sky' for pay tv products seems a little odd in my opinion... I could feasibly see the NOW brand being phased out at some point but suspect it would just take Sky branding of some sort given that Comcast still are really leaning into it with new products and strategies like Sky Glass, SkyShowtime and Sky Studios.
But the other thing I think is that I don't think Comcast are wedded to a specific brand for all territories otherwise they'd have forced the Peacock name into what is SkyShowtime. I think Peacock as a content brand on Sky (if it remains as just that) does a couple of things - one it does offer the perception of more value (assuming the catalogue grows) but I think it also perhaps reminds a subscriber number-obsessed US stock market that Comcast have 20 million plus customer relationships in Europe they can leverage already and can grow.
