Paying my bill
I'm wanting to pay my bill on 28th may as my payment date at work has changed but my services have been suspended, my partner is away and is cheaper for him to ring my landline and I transfer the call to my mobile, I have paid the £10 late fee can my services be put back on until I can make payment Friday please?

@V+Hughes This is customer to customer forum. You aren't talking to Sky. Before Sky reactivate your service you must pay the full outstanding amount AND set up a few continuous payment method. Once that's sorted speak to Sky and arrange for your payday to change if possible. If the normal payment is declined, Sky try again about 10 days later, so you would have been better contacting Sky before they restricted.
