Pay £117.00 mth to Sky. £25 month is for BT Sport to watch rugby. BT Sport4 Extra not available WHY?

I pay Sky £25 month to watch rugby on BT Sport and I get BT sport 1,2 and 3 but now find Rugby is now generally on BT Sport 4 Extra which is not listed on Sky.  Why is this.  How do you get BT Sport 4?
