I am trying to turn off the 'parental guide' but it's saying I can only use a credit card which I don't have? How else can I turn this off?

Hi @Laurynzena can you borrow a credit card ? Doesn't have to be yours. If not then the only other way is if you currently have a credit agreement with sky for a device you can phone up and that can be used to verify your age.
