PIN Resetting

When the engineers were here yesterday they tried to set a pin for me. It didn't work, they left before it was resolved, now I can't reset my pin- I do know how to, but screen displays error message when I try.

@Mr.+T33If your PIN has not been changed it should be the last 4 digits of your viewing card.
