Overcharged

I have been charged extra on my account for return of equipment £35 for booster box 

l telephoned your agent on 10th July advising of this as new account and equipments not to be returned cant remember agents name only as Asian agent difficulty in understanding maybe 

last time previous had. Same problem your agent solution complaint with follow up end of working week very satisfied with outcome 

lam a pensioner and can't afford this withdrawal as will put myself in financial restraint this month can you please resolve and return to my account with in the end. Of this working day

lam getting fed up with continual complaints and contacting various departments regarding the above and problems with communicating box's to my other box's which l had to resolve again can you give me feed back or call my cell to update myself

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.
