Overcharged

I was overcharged on my January>22 bill .I was charged  £ 18.44 for call charges made on 25th & 26th December.

I received a  letter from sky that you can dial anywhere on this dates ( I also received similar letter year

before ) 

I spoked to Jay on 10th February & he mentioned that it will be credit on my next bill. but  it wasn't

credited. I rang again on  28th February & spoke to Nirai . She told me that it will be credited on my

March bill but no luck.. Please look into this matter & hope to hear from you soon
