Over charge

Why have I been charged twice for my broadband this month. £78.04 

I've had to call in due to intermittents for the first 3 months, had calls to try sort this which did stop the interference as much, but still happens occasionally.

I don't know what you mean by 'intermittents' and 'interference'. 

 

What does your bill say? Do you mean you were charged the same amount on two different days this month?
