Ordering a sim only package

Hello,

I am trying to order a sim only package online to join sky mobile.  I currently have a sky account, however, when i go to input the first 2 digits of my account number, it isn't recognising the digits.

can you help me please?

Are you sure it's not asking for the first two digits of your bank account number (the one used to pay your bill) and not your Sky account number?  That's what I was asked for when I ordered a SIM only deal a few weeks ago.
