On demand and catch up

Cannot watch on demand or catch up keeps coming up with need to upgrade I've changed to sd and paired card still the same help I have sky q

If you're a recent installation or upgrade, then you're victim of a bit of a bug that seems to be happening at the moment where people can't get on demand despite having the right subscription.

 

You should call Sky to check if there's anything they can do on your account. I've read it might be something that's fixed in an update on the coming weeks...

  • I've just joined sky the installation done this morning and I am having problems with on demand and catch up as well as not getting all channels on sky go.  However, thank you for mentioning the bug.

I had sky signature installed yesterday and the on demand and catch-up services are not working. I have changed download to SD, I have restarted and rebooted internet and sky, I've spent 40 minutes on phone to Sky where they upgraded my software, and still I cannot use on demand or catch-up. HELP PLEASE
