Not downloading

I am trying to download the new spider man film. 

It is in a queue but wont start downloading. 

Nothing other then this are queueing and internet connection it says all ok. Everything else is working??? Any ideas?? #queuing

If you are downloading something else then once that has finished the spiderman film will start to download.
