I cannot send emails from my new device

You'll need to provide more info, what happens when you try & send emails?  Is this over wifi or 4G?

 

Have you setup your email account correctly?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

What is the email account, Sky, Gmail etc and what is happening @Lk07 ?
