No sky sports UHD football yet again 31 October 2021

Yet again NO UHD on Sky Sports football yet ACAIN! Is Sky Q and UHD sky's idea of a Joke. They should face the advertising council for makiing false claims. Dare I say that even BT offer a better service? Now that is almost funny.

hi @tyglas I don't normally watch football but the Norwich Leeds game is in UHD and able to view for me

Is it possible that your box has reverted to HD ?

This has occasionally happened to customers

Failing that try a power down reboot of your main box

Use the remote to place it into standby mode

 Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)

 Wait at least 30s

 Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.

Are you on Sky Sports Premier League? After a few seconds the option to select UHD should come up.

Had the same  problem here, had to go to audiovisual settings and change the box back to 2160p. Somehow had changed itself to 1080i 🙄

Not sure why this happens but it does seem to happen to a few people unfortunately

Thank you @nigea99  so much for your reply, I really should have known as I have been a Sky subscriber (but not UHD) for many years, and a restart is the cure for all evils.
