I have checked cable connections at back of sky box - not loose.
I have checked signal strength as instructions:
Input 1 - Lock Indicator - Not Locked
Input 1 Network ID - Transport system - NULL
Telephone Line Connected - CONNECTED
As we are getting Sky supply to one TV could it be one of the cables from the Sky dish?

Try swapping the two cables around at the box end to see if the issue moves to Input 2

when I go to signal it only says I put 1 and there is no input 2 listed. I thought this was odd as says check both
