No internet light on original sky q hub
All of a sudden my internet stopped. I check the sky q hub and only the internet light is off, both power and wireless light on. I've done all the diagnostics and sky checked my line into the house saying there is no issues.
strangley my new neighbours moved in yesterday and when I did a WiFi network check it came up with a different sky network that I've not seen before ( I predume its neighbours) good this have something to do with it?

@francispCould you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If an external fault is found it should let you book an engineer.

@francisp highly unlikely caused by your new neighbours simply the connection to your hub is down unless Openreach made a mistake when they set up the new connection.
Several other possible reasons including Openreach or Sky are doing work on the system overnight. If that is the case the line will come back on its own. You can run the connection test in the My Sky app or website as that will tell you if there isca known issue in your area the test can also book an engineer if it detects an issue with your line.
However if the line is still down when the lines open at 7am contact Sky to report the fault which you can do by dialling 150 on your Sky Talk line assuming that is working or any of Sky's 03 numbers which you can find by following the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page - takes a while but you should get a number in the dnd.

Can't do a diagnostic test. It can't detect the hub. I rang sky direct they ran a test and the line into the house is fine. Engineer coming out, it's either the hub or something inside the house?
