No internet amber light on hub,
HAD no broadband for hours now, which means cant use mini box but still get charged multi room, Netflix, prime, you need to have night enginneers you are a hudge comany but no after services hours. When through a check list and it said call us. ...only to go through multiple choice then an answering machine😥😥

@sue+brooks Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Believe it or not when you signed up to Sky nowhere in the contract did it say you'd have 24/7 uptime or support and Sky certainly are not going to employ engineers to come to peoples houses in the middle of the night just because you cant use your mini box or access Netflix for a few hours. If they had that service you'd be paying a LOT more for your subscription.
