New sky router not connecting.

Received a new sky router but it won't connect to broadband, just shows a constant orange light. If I disconnect the new router and reconnect the existing one then it connects to broadband no problem.

Is this a replacement router or have you upgraded

Possibly an upgrade. I signed a new 18 month tv and broadband deal which was different to my old package. They told me I was entitled to a new router. So I can't say with any certainty whether it's a replacement or upgrade.

What is the new router model. Er115, sr203, sr204?

 

When does the new service activate?

 

Can you go to my sky app broadband section and check out what it says in your orders
