New sky box HD channels missing

I've had sky installed today, and some of the channels appear to be missing and in the wrong place. 

All the HD channels are in the 800s instead of in place of the SD channels, other than sky sports main event and SKy sports PL for some reason. 

ITV HD isn't on the box at all. I have added it through manual tuning however it doesn't add it to TV guide so no good. 

Also 101 is bbc 1 London when it should be yorkshire. 

Should add broadband hasn't been installed yet therefore the box isn't connected to WiFi however have connected through hotspot on my phone and made no difference. Also tried taking power cable out for 30 seconds. 

Is it just a case of giving it time to sort its self out? Or is there something wrong with the box?

Its worth running a software update on the box if you aren't on Q150.

Beyond that and doing a reset there isn't a lot you can do to influence channel positions, You may find it sorts itself out if you give it a while

Hi @chels0 

If your Q box isn't connected to the internet it cannot get full information to correctly register your viewing card.

 

You should find that it will ultimately update correctly when you have permanent internet
