Hi I'm unable to access the mysky app on my android phone it keep saying...

This is a known issue that is being reported by others, so what you need to do is to send an email to the apps team at Sky via this email address - apps@sky.uk

Make sure you include your make of phone and the operating system it is using.

Hi, My app is the same.Sent an email. Reply came with instructions, followed them to the letter. Didn't work. Have emailed them again. Awaiting reply. If all not working in a couple of days will uninstall app permantly.
