My sky box has become temperamental

My sky box has become temperamental.at the moment I don’t have a listing to the program s .I have had to restart the box 3 times in the last week. I can’t talk to anyone in sky. I suppose I should give it up .I am a costumer for years but this is the worst ever

As is said my sky box is in a bad state,last night I couldn’t change the channel s .The sky box went to red ,turned it off pressed back up after another 20 minutes it was on again, I suppose I should give up,as I don’t know how to fix it until the program I am looking at is over ,I couldn’t get the 9oclock news last night. I’m at the end of my there’re.
