My sky app

My sky app will not open on my phone. Installed it, then installed again. Message saying something went wrong go to my sky.com.

Any help appreciated

This is a known issue that is being reported by others, so what you need to do is to send an email to the apps team at Sky via this email address - apps@sky.uk


Make sure you include your make of phone and the operating system it is using.
