My buy and keep movies showing as pre-order on App & Roku

Hi all.

As the title suggests, trying too watch a buy and keep movie on my Roku as not at home and the sky store app (on mobile and roku) shows it as purchased but when I select it, it shows as pre-order with a release date of 4 Apr 2020! One of the films shows the same with a date of 4 Feb 2019!

The only film that works is one which Sky offered as a free download at Xmas (Love Actually). 

Any ideas?

You tried logging out and logging in ?

Also do you have the latest version of the Skystore app. Might be worth deleting the app and reinstalling

Thanks for the reply. Yep, tried that, and got the latest version. Tried on a laptop, android and roku - all the same.

Did you by any chance buy these movies in UHD ?

I wonder if that's relevant here @Mdr34?

Getting exactly the same across all my apple devices. Apps just downloaded tonight but all movies showing as pre-orders even when they were brought months ago.

Thanks but no , purchased in HD. Not seen a UHD option on buy and keep.

Have put a message in to Sky support too so hopefully will get this resolved.
