@Seyiade  I'm afraid you're going to need to provide more info on what the issue is exactly

 

What have you tried to connect to your broadband, anything?  Have you tried ethernet cable?

 

When posting for help posters need to provide as much info as possible so that we can provide the right help and notn have to ask muliple questions to get you the answer.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
