Moving Master socket

Hi

i am looking to move my master socket, but when contacting sky I get an automated response and get  sent a link to book an engineer, which is only for sky tv.

is there a way I can get the master socket moved? Is there a specific contact number?

thank you

Try contacting Sky when the phone lines are open as you should be able to talk to someone if you stay on the line long enough.

@Saqib81

If you already have Sky Mobile or Sky Talk ring Sky for free by dialling 150. Otherwise you can use this link:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
(Customers in the UK) - Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0333 number.
(Customers in the ROI) - on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag then scroll down to obtain an 0818 number.
Apparently the lines are sometimes quieter just after 7am or about 9pm so maybe worth trying then. Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to.
