Hi, I was told that I'd receive a prepaid Mastercard as I was referred to Sky. The person who referred me has theirs, but I haven't received mine.

Do you know if there's a way or contact to deal with this?

These reward cards are sent by a company called Edenred so I would suggest contacting them via the website:
