We have had Sky Q for about six months within that time we have had 3 engineers come out, we live in a bungalow and have the main box in the living room and a mini box in the bedroom which is next to the living room which also has the board band router in .
the mini box loses signal around 3 times a day, we pay £131 per month and are now very board but still have 12 months left on the contract.
please help....
would it it be best to hard wire the mini box?
regardes
Rachel

If you are on Sky Broadband then you can connect the mini to the Router by Ethetnet.
However if on 3rd party you would need to connect the mini by Ethernet to the main Q box unless you hardwire both boxes.
Better still if you are on 3rd party broadband is to connect both Q boxes to the router by Ethernet.
