Message appear when watching TV
I keep getting a message appear when I am watching TV and I can't get rid of it unless I turn off my SKY Box, the picture is below, and the options don't work either please help

Are you sure that the message isn't coming from your TV and not your Sky box ?

@ARRobinsin That is your TV message warning you it is going into shutdown/standby mode as it has not detected any activity in the way of button presses. If you have a look at your TV manual there will be a feature for Auto Standby/Shutdown, this can be turned to off.
The message is most definately not connected to your sky box.
