Master Socket Move - Unable to book

I'm trying to move the location of our Sky master socket to a more convenient place within the same room.

 

Sky inform me OpenReach aren't taking these bookings for VOIP master sockets and no idea when that will change.

 

Anyone have any idea if this is true? I wasn't convinced by the Sky person I spoke to?
