MR104 error every time turn tv on.

I have 3 sky Q boxes. Main one in the lounge, and a mini in the kitchen and bedroom. 
Every time I switch the tv on in the bedroom it says mini is not connected to the sky box  and displays error MR104. I have completed the steps given on this forum, restarted router, pressed the WPS button on the nearest sky box and checked the settings on my main sky Q box. Sometimes it works and sometimes it's doesn't. But I am becoming increasingly frustrated that it does this every time I switch it on. I'm starting to regret upgrading!

 

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi @Manda5 

Assume you carried out a Network reset on the mini and not just pressed the WPS button on the nearest Q box?

Yes I have. And it works. But I have to do it every time I put the tv on. 
I think there may be an issue with it staying connected to the main box.

Hi @Manda5 

You could try switching the problem mini over with one of the others.

See if a different one will work in that position.
