Landline call minder

Why can't SKY increase the number of rings on landlines.

Before call minder kicks in? Or better still give us the option to increase? Being disabled I can never get to the phone before 1571. Come on SKY it must be possible

I assume by call minder you mean Sky Voicemail? I don't know whether there's a technical constraint which prevents the number of rings from being changed. If you feel strongly about it, you might wish to raise a formal, complaint - you're talking only to other customers here.
