Trying to introduce a friend but it tells me something went wrong. Can someone please help? I've tried chatting to someone via the Facebook chat and I didn't get any help and I need to introduce them today as they need to get it sorted asap due to canceling with their previous provider. Thank you

Try clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again. If this doesn't work see if using it's incognito mode works and if it doesn't try a different browser works to see if that works for you.

I've tried that and even tried on a completely different phone but keep getting the same screen
