Internet not working from sky box but channels do

My internet connection is not working but I can access the channels from my sky box. The orange internet light flashes and then disappears for 15 minutes and that cycle continues. I've tried unplugging and powering off. Is there a problem with the box or any way for me to fix manually?

You should probably switch the box off at the mains and then do the same with router. Wait five minute. Power up tbe router again. Wait maybe 10-15 minutes then power up the box again and hopefully after several minutes all be well again.

Your channels are delivered by satellite and will work without the need of an internet connection.

 

The internet connection is required for watching on-demand, catch-up and anything from the apps found on your box.
