Hi @Hockey+mum

  • Sky Ultimate TV includes the Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + SD) as standard
  • You can upgrade to Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack
  • You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)

see the following FAQ's

hi @Hockey+mum

With SKY the Netflix plans are dependent on other addons

With the HD add on you get up to 2 screens and in HD

With the HD add on  & UHD add on combined you get up to 4 screens (up to UHD)

@Hockey+mum

Although UHD Netflix output is only possible from a UHD-capable main Q box, not Mini boxes or older 1TB boxes.  Unfortunately the UHD supplement is still required to get four instances of Netflix even where Q cannot display UHD.
