I want to investigate a Sky broadband connection and I have an issue with my Sky Q box disconnecting frequently

@KDaly you can look online at Sky's current deals - Sky only use Openreach's infrastructure so speeds and products you can get will be similar to your current ISP if they also use Openreach's lines. The website will be able to tell you the products Sky can offer and give you the speeds. 

Once you have an idea of what you want give Sky a call to confoirm the details and at the sametime ask about the issue with your Q box.

Is your current hub in the same room as your q box if not you may want to take out a broadband boost package to get the sky booster boxes
