I have just ordered a new mobile and agreed to send my old device back to sky.
But I have changed my mind I want to keep my old device continue to pay monthly for it and have the new device.
can I do this ?

Hi @Sienna82 you will need to call sky as they will be expecting your old device to be returned. Call on 150, ignore the messages and don't hang up, when asked why you are calling say technical and you should get to speak to someone.

I want to swap my phone
To swap my phone I have to pay £200 off my existing one, I can't afford a lump sum, is there anyway I can pay it off monthly
