I have brought the premier league subscription for sky sports and when I go to watch the game it says I need to upgrade the subscription even though I have!!!!!? Please help me I pay for this and don't want to waste money

How long ago did you subscribe. It may take sky to resend a signal to upgrade

Is that via the Sky Go app, what happens if you disconnect the connection to your Sky Q box ?
