I have cancelled the engineer 2 days early,but receive message telling me the engineer coming

I have cancelled the engineer appointment 2 hours after we booked it but i still  receive,the very next day  a message telling me that an engineer is coming.When i go to track my orders it doesn't say anything there.Can you help?

@Mohammad+Amjid  You're not talking to Sky support, we are all customers here with no account access.  You may need to call Sky to confirm the job has been cancelled as requested.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If there is nothing on the ordering tracking page then I would give Sky a ring about this so they can check the status of this for you and if needs be can cancel the appointment.
