I have been charged £50 fee for change of address I was told this was free

I have been changed £50 fee to move to a new address. I was told there was no charge for this.  I have already ring once and someone said this would be deducted from my bill but it is still there

Have you checked your future bills to see if a £50 credit has been applied to your account to cover this ?

 

If there is nothing then it will be a case of calling them again.

Yes my next bill has £49 deducted for the new rooter as there was a glitch with thier computer system but another £50 has been added. I have tried to call but there is technical difficulties with the phone line apparently
