@Angnstev  If your direct debot fauis Sky will attempt another collection 10 dayd later, if this fails your services will become restricted.

 

You also need to be aware that you are not talking to Sky Customer services via the forum.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I'm sorry to hear that. If you pay by direct debit, Sky,give you an additional 10 days to pay, if you can't make payment on the due date. After that, your services are likely to be restricted.
