I’d like to pay off some of my mums bill

my mother hasn't been able to pay the broadband bill, and it has been restricted. May I pay some off today and some Friday please.

@Maiseyrose Before the services are reinstated Sky normally require full payment of the outstanding balance and a new continuous payment method set up. If your Mum is 2 weeks or more in arrears you will have to pay the next bill as well as this will now have been generated. If you pay all but £25 of the outstanding amount Sky will normally reinstate the services and add the £25 to the following months bill.
In the future it’s always better to contact Sky before the bill is due.
