@Blondiegirl You aren’t talking to Sky. This is a primarily a customer helps customer forum and I’m afraid Sky won’t necessarily contact you as the result of your post on here. You need to ring Sky before your next bill. If you are still in a minimum term you may not be able to reduce your package or cancel. 
If you pay by Direct Debit and it fails, Sky will try again in 10 (calendar) days. If that also fails an automated process starts whereby your TV services are restricted followed shortly after by your Broadband if you have it through Sky.
